Silver base filler metal is characterized by moderate melting point,good brazing ability, high intensity, ductibility,electrical conductivity,thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance,it can be widely used for brazing copper,copper alloy,steel,ingot iron, hard alloy,nickel-base alloy, titanium alloy and refractory metal etc. Flame,furnace,induction,resistance,brazing in controlled atmosphere and vacuum brazing etc brazing methods can be adopted,they are usually required with flux except for brazing in controlled atmosphere and vacuum brazing.
